I used to have skype, but I removed it due to me having a lot of issues with it. I tried reinstalling it like 3-4 times and it would never work. Skype only seems to log in to my pc like 1 out of every 3 times, so it's not very reliable.

I tend to agree as well, views are more important than subs. If you have good content, both will come naturally.

Took a quick look at your intro video and channel itself, looks great! The only thing I can really think of is maybe create a couple more social media accounts and link them, like maybe Instagram if your into that, and a personal website if you have one.
