I am a small channel as well and need help in growing I use reddit but it does not seem like it works!

I also have same problems mine are monetized but no ads pop up even my videos under 10 mins long. Need major help.

I have heard that if you put more tags and better thumbnails with titles then you have a better chance of gaining those subs as well with views. Does anyone else have any tips for this at all? Any comment will be much appreciated. Thanks.
