    小弟我在大概去年的年初有收到收益
    但是因為後來youtube的營利標準更改所以一直到今年的1月才開啟營利功能
    後來也有在大概1月底時有開啟預付款的功能
    但是營利一直到了今天卻遲遲尚未進來
    請問是因為我最近才再開啟營利功能的關係嗎?
