I have had to put thumbnails on my phone and change the thumbnail from the YouTube Studio app in order to actually do that. This has been happening for a couple days. Like I can't upload thumbnails from my laptop at all. But I can deal with using my phone to upload them.
HOWEVER... the reason this is a serious problem for me, is because I can't go to my livestream dashboard on any app on my phone. So that means I can't change the thumbnail for my livestream. I need help now. I start playing a different game TOMORROW!
