Freedom's Partner Position Music Used - still hit for copyright

According to Tom's Position Music intro video he said the potential for a copyright claim to be made exists but would be removed. I used the position music allowed for use for Freedom partners, didn't make my video public for two hours, and still got hit up for a third party content match. I've disputed it but wanted to make it known. I'm also curious if anyone else has had this issue.

I've had this issue, until they responded i reuploaded the video and it was gone.

Nope, never get a claim. It could possibly be because your channel is so small that they're systems don't recognize you as a Freedom! partner.
