Misty Ricardo's Curry Kitchen is all about Indian Restaurant style cooking, and how to match or improve on restaurant dishes, such as Chicken Madras, Lamb Phaal, Chicken Korma, Keema Dopiaza etc etc.

I've made well over 50 recipe videos over the last 18 months, and have reached a subscriber count of 3.5K, and a daily average view count of about 2750. I'm also on FB, Twitter and Instagram.

Initially I started out knowing nothing about video production, youtube, and social media, but slowly and surely learned the ropes. I use Sony Movie Studio Platinum Suite to edit, and iPhone 6 / Canon Legria R76 to record.

Hey there Misty, you can definitely grow in time if you apply what freedom talks about for channels in general Cooking is a nice trait to have, how did you get interested in making food more often? I hear that it can be a tasty experience!
