Oh well, who saw that coming?

Well, it's been confirmed that Kevin Hart will be partnering with Youtube to make "Kevin Hart: What The Fit," Is this, even more, news and evidence that Youtube is really trying to wet its feet in the television "game"?
That's not all *Copyright*, even Ellen Degeneres is getting involved with Youtube with her upcoming show "Ellen’s Show Me More Show" Also as a follow up to the original post that I made on the singing contest Demi Lovato will be adding to the mix (documentary I Am Demi Lovato) and a concert special headlined by Katy Perry.

In Hart’s new weekly show, produced by Lionsgate, Hart and Matt Kunitz (Fear Factor, Wipeout), the comic and actor will team up with celebrity friends and YouTube stars as they attempt to master a different trending, grueling and sometimes ridiculous workout routine, what a time to be on Youtube I hope Kevin enjoys cats and face slams!

This is what Youtube's potential lineup could be:

Ellen’s Show Me More Show: Like nothing Ellen has done before, Ellen’s Show Me More Show is a twice-a-week series built just for YouTube, giving fans behind the scenes access to some of the biggest stars and her favorite moments.

Good Mythical Morning: Worldwide YouTube superstars—and hosts of YouTube’s most popular daily show—Rhett & Link will go to new heights in a long-form expansion of Good Mythical Morning, giving fans even more of what they crave: larger-than-life stunts, zanier challenges, and over-the-top laughs.

Kevin Hart: What the Fit?: Kevin will team up with celebrity friends and YouTube stars each week as they attempt to master a different trending, grueling and sometimes ridiculous workout routine.

Katy Perry Live Special: It’s real. It’s raw. It’s Katy Perry. Live on YouTube, The Katy Perry Live Special will take you inside of her world, revealing the experiences and emotions she poured into her all-new soul-baring music on the eve of her highly anticipated album launch. With unique access, global reach and surprise fun packed along the way, Katy will break it all down in this album listen along, and if you stick around long enough, there might just be fireworks.

I am probably more excited than I should be, how about you?

No. I am not excited about this at all.

The thing that made YouTube different from television was how anyone could upload. There are no scriptwriters poring over every word YouTubers say, or attempts to cater to the general public aside from their target audience. Katy Perry, Ellen Degeneres, Kevin Hart--every single celebrity on this list is from mainstream Hollywood and as such, is bound to remain exclusively family friendly.

"Katy will break it all down in this album listen along, and if you stick around long enough, there might just be fireworks."

How many writers did it take to come up with that "clever" statement? How many focus groups did you test this on before publishing it? Family friendly Hollywood is not genuine. It is not even entertaining, compared to YouTube's homegrown personalities. Even the sole self-made "stars" mentioned are from the cancerous side of YouTube--who the hell even are the Slow Mo Guys, and why do people watch this crap? Channels dedicated to slow motion videos sound just as cancerous, repetitive, and boring as YouTube's resident tech destruction channels and thousand-degree knife videos.

YouTube needs to stop bending to the media's accusations that it endorses controversial content and speak up for itself. Dropping PewDiePie in exchange for Ellen is only going to result in the slow cancerization of YouTube as it turns into a family friendly cluster-**** of toy channels, tech destruction, and Elsa vs. Pregnant Spiderman videos.
