Forums Question about threads in Support

Hey ! What's going on Freedom! Community!

I have a suggestion about the "Support Section" I noticed a lot of threads in there with the prefix set as "Solved" so the user who made that has no more questions about the thread. But I noticed users still posting on these threads even though the prefix is set to "Solved." I'm suggesting maybe when threads are Solved they should be closed so people can't post on them anymore.

Just a suggestion, let me know what you think down below ?

Thanks for the suggestion, generally what happens is that once it is solved, we mark it as solved and then wait for the original poster to reply and acknowledge the answer, at that stage we lock it.

I will post a little reminder to the mods to remember to lock the solved ones after a response from the OP
