Where/How to obtain the criteria for the "Give It a Whirl" challenge in the Bloodshot Stronghold.
This is, perhaps, easiest to do with the Siren - phaselock an enemy as they are jumping over the whirlpool, and let it expire. Alternatively, you can make use of a singularity-type grenade.
