FULL DESCRIPTION
So in this challenge you have to really move fast to get the under par as 6 and a half minutes isn't that long. The most effective strategy I've found so far is to go for a hammer tank rush. you can just rush for the super reactor, then go for the war factory, once you have it you can sell off your construction yard and small reactor to give you a credit boost. Then once you have 3-4 tanks go in and run over the infantry quickly before they can do any major damage and take down the base. Just remember to keep the tanks coming to re-enforce you attack.
