Ever wanted to randomly generate any number between 0 and 10 billion in vanilla Minecraft? No... Oh well, i made it anyway 
Technically it's between 0 inclusive and 9,999,999,999 but that takes too long to write. This could have been a lot smaller and faster using 7 segment displays, but this was also a test for my word processor memory and shift register. Everything is working well, just need to place the register in the middle next time for less delay.
