Review for Neon Chrome (2016) which is a ruthless top down cyberpunk shooter with rogue like elements, which was created and published by Iotons LTD. The game takes places within an arcology - a massive sci-fi structure as you battle your way up different floors to face off against the oppressive overseer.
Each level takes you into a procedurally generated map filed with locked offices, various loot to plunder, weapon pickups and a various assortment of enemies to plow through. As you zip about the maps in Neon Chrome (2016) it wont take you long to notice the infuriating inaccurate aiming system, which tends to employ the 'spraying and praying' ideology, as you land shots on everything except your intended target.
