Scoring a perfect A+ rating (955 ADAM) on the Pauper's Drop Market 2 trial.
Tips:
+ Set up Mini-Turrets as you please to add firepower, but be aware that the El Ammo Bandito station has a limited supply for restocking. Give them your support, especially against Brute Splicers.
+ Freeze Splicers that get too close to your Little Sister. Or set them on fire.
+ Freeze Brute Splicers and unload Anti-Personnel Rounds into them.
