Scoring a perfect A+ rating (955 ADAM) on the Simon Wales' Church 1 trial.
Tips:
+ Use Decoy to lure Splices away from your Little Sister.
+ Grenade Launcher ammo is pricey - group multiple Splicers together with Decoy, then kill them all with a single grenade.
+ Remember you can perform a melee bash with your weapon - the default key is left shift (PC).
