Solved AdSense problem (sort of..)

and i have been in freedom for less than a week
and I set the PayPal email in the profile and all is fine
and then I saw that i need an AdSense account so i checked and i can't open one
because i need to get permissions from you to open
so if you can check this ill be happy

Hi @Tomer Hanan,

You need Google Adsense if you want to monetize your videos while not being in a partnership with a YouTube network. As a partner of Freedom!, an Adsense account is not needed because Freedom! pays you via PayPal.

but in the dashboard of freedom its writes "You are missing out on potential revenue" what is that means?

It's takes a little bit for the full partnership to take effect. Give it 2 weeks, that's what I did. It's not an automatic thing.

That just means that the dashboard has detected more YouTube channels on your Google account that aren't partnered with Freedom!, partnering these channels in addition to your already partnered channel(s) is completely optional.
