Can I upgrade ps2 to ps4 or ps3

Could anyone tell me if there is a possible way to upgrade ps2 to ps3 or ps4 if you know the way then please help me.I know how to upgrade ps3 to 4 but not how to upgrade ps2.

There is no upgrading a PS2 to any newer console. The hardware inside the PS2 wouldn't even be able to boot the main screen of the PS3 let alone a game.

Um... If you didn't know... You cannot play PS3 or PS4 games on the PS2 nor can you play PS4 games on the PS3. The only way to upgrade your PS2 is buying those consoles itself. You cannot simply obtain an attachment to apply on your PS2 to make it a PS3 or a PS4. I hope that's clear XD
