Complaints Can't sign up for the Game on Snacks sponsorship

When I click on "Sign Up" on the affiliated tier. it shows this screen:

Do you have 1000 views per day on your channel? That is their only requirement that I can see. That could be the reason and if not then I would contact support.

No, there's one level of sponsorship that is available to everyone.
