The video you have currently selected as a channel trailer isn't a channel trailer. Not to say I don't like nature videos, but your channel trailer needs to show who you are, it needs to be something that makes people want to stay on your channel. WOW. Your thumbnails are epic. They are similar to each other and you see what you're about to watch. Don't change them. - Your channel page
You might want to move either the New Zealand in 4k Ultra HD playlist or your Uploads playlist up instead of the short films as 4K is your channel's main focus. - Social media
You NEED social media to grow. You have a website I see. Great. But you might want to get Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and some more going to get people to your channel!
