Tips & Tricks Channel Trailer Ideas?

I was wondering if people can offer me tips as to what to include in a trailer and what software to use to make it.

I'm having trouble with ideas and input would be very much appreciated, thank you!

Depending on what type of channel you have i would advise to use fragments from your video's and make a small montage with it followed by some background music

maybe a simple video explaining what you can see on your channel like i did and i just made mine in sony vegas with chroma keyer effect for the greenscreen and im done

I know It's been mentioned but a 2 minute video of the games you play, In first 30 seconds you need to say something that will keep the viewers hooked and interested.

Just do a quick yet engaging video describing your channel and what it has to offer. Add in clips of the best parts of your videos. I use Sony Vegas Pro 13 but the video editor doesn't really matter, the content of the video does. Good luck!
