Do you guys have any idea where I can file a complaint against a particular support agent? And the complaint can actually reach to the top management of Freedom?
We have a HR team for this, I believe they can be contacted via the support portal, but you can choose them as the department you want to contact. At least that's how it was when I last looked. Is there anyway I can help at all?

It would be possible to contact head of support directly @Ernest , that might be faster. Though i am not avare how HR team handles such complaints so I cant really say for sure.
