No, it say Monetization on this account has been disabled due to invalid click activity.
Idk why that + i have 161 subs with 391,211 views

If monetization has been disabled then you can't join Freedom until that is resolved. Can you post your channel url? Also how long has it been since it said your monetization was disabled?
