if you want to improve start making more sense into your videos try as hard as you can to get better thumbnails and your banner is good doesn't need any update as well as your profile picture but keep up uploading

If you say you are going to upload every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, then try to upload all of those days. Being consistent is one of the key things when becoming popular.
