Solved Guy stole my video... New into/outro, but rest of video copied

8 months ago I created this video to assist people having problems with Windows 10:

This is the video copied video:

My video contained a song from Position Music as well.

I just want to ask if Freedom! can take the other video down and leave a strike or if I do.
Also if Freedom! can't help, you can still hear the song faintly in the background, so could it be possible for Position Music to help?
I just don't want people to steal my videos without my permission.

You cant do anything about it, sorry. You cant steal information from a educational video really...

You can report the video yourself and flag it as Infringes my rights.... That is about all you can do.

@TechNoboOrig I just gave the creator who copied your video. I explained that it would be best for him to contact you. Since he copied your video directly and reuploaded it. This way if he contact you, work out an agreement or something. Else flag his content for "Infringes my rights"

File a claim against the video since obviously you can prove you made the original. Heck grab a screen shot of this guys description where he states your name and it was your video that he decided to upload! You can strike him fast

As some of the others have said, you can get his video taken down by reporting and clicking 'infringes my rights'. I know others have gotten videos taken by people trying to copy videos also.
