GFX Request How bad does my branding suck

On a scale from 1 to 10, with 0 being "it was so bad I'm going to find you and kill you," and 11 being "Can I buy it for a million dollars", how is my channel art and logo. If you don't mind I would like same for my latest intro and outro, which can be found isolated in my videos. I eliminated their playlist because I am growing unhappy with them. I am going to update my channel art, which is still v1, but I wonder if my art deco font should stay, our faces, etc. Just how bad is it? Don't worry about my feelings; I suppressed them the second time I got put in the Friend Zone.

Yeah I got a guy from Freedom who said he'd work on it but I haven't heard back. I offered him 6x the money to work it extra. I'll give him 1 more day
