Complaints I can't send my Network Business Proposal to freedome..Why is that?

Please I really need an explanation as to why we can't send our network business proposal to freedom. I talked in chat today and user "Goped Fred" told me that it is simply that way...I used different ways to send my email to them but at the end they were all blocked.
