GFX Request I have a logo concept I need created digitally

Exactly as the title says. I have a logo concept of a lightbulb cracked and the BO3 "III" logo sticking out that I need created originally. I would like for it to not be a google image photoshopped with the "III" stuck behind it.

If you can create this for me I would appreciate it. Get in contact with me via email as I do not check back here too often. I will be willing to pay for this service if you can properly create it!
