Wow I've never seen that. Surely it can't be from clicking your own videos.... Ads don't appear on all videos anyway.

What you can do is check your analystics to try and find the video wich has insane clicks in a short amount of time. The problem is that if someone spamms you video by clinking in and out for a long time you get this problem. If you contact youtube support and can prove that is was not you who caused this then they re-enable it for you.
