Hey guys! There have been a lot of questions regarding Freedom! points lately, so we've decided to create this little post to clear up some confusion.

We will be updating this post whenever something new comes up so be sure to check in often!

What is Freedom! Points?
Freedom! Points is a system in which partners can gain points based on channel growth and community participation, which can then be exchanged for various perks. At the moment, the points can be exchanged for a higher revenue share for a particular month but other things may be offered in the future.]

The current situation (as of June 14, 2014)
Freedom! Points is currently in BETA -- which means that it is in the testing stage and functionality is at a bare minimum at the moment. It's only been open to the public so the developers can get more feedback on the system. Because of this, there are some important things to note:

1. Points can be redeemed, but will not be processed.
   You can spend your points on the revenue bonuses but the bonuses themselves will not be handed out. As much as we would love to give all our lovely partners the increased revenue share, there's a huge risk involved in doing something like that when the system is still not in tip-top shape.
   
   
2. The calculation of points should still work regardless.
   You should still be able to earn points from your channel growth and community participation even if we are still in the testing phase. If there are points that haven't been rightfully given to you, be sure to contact our support team about this at [email protected] or you can directly contact the developer at [email protected].
   
   
3. All points will be wiped after the BETA.
   Yep, that's right. All points earned will be removed from your account once testing is done, so you can actually spend all your points without having to worry about the future. We understand that these points are valuable to our partners, so some sort of compensation will be in the works for those who participated in the BETA. Details on what that will be will be announced whenever the information is available.

I'm signed in to the dashboard, and the forums here using my google account, how do I associate my forum account with my freedom account, if it says the email is incorrect. I ask this because you can earn freedom points with forum points. Do all of the forum points you earn get converted to freedom points?

that perfectly sums it up for me, ironically even the dashboard isnt updated yet in 2015 happy new year video it was promised may be in 2050 who knows may be freedom will be bought by walt disney then and my grand son will be using my partnership account

You seem very confident but false hope is some thing that is not appreciated by every body here in the freedom community, posts after posts have been made about this Dashboard/freedom points update yet there has been zero updates regarding this. Your smiley is not giving comfort sadly its giving away lots and lots of grief infact its rubbing salt into the wounds of every freedom partner out there if you ask me .

Nope, I gained over 300% growth a few times and no added points, so using points does nothing currently.

So ? ... Are we ever gonna get further details about the state of the freedom points ? About the "team" that is working on them or George "hiring" them for 1 and a half year ? At least he should do a video about this, it's highly requested here and it's one of the reasons people joined this network. Yet it doesn't exist and yet they still use it to fish people.

Explain it asap, the more unsatisfied channels grow here, the more negative feedback and reviews you're gonna get to the public.

at the moment rev share increases are only via reaching the correct views per day. the news on freedom points is that they should go live when the current dashboard is fix and will be implemented fully when dashboard 2.0 goes out of beta
