Solved Monetized directly by YouTube?

Hey guys, sorry for my stupid question but what is Monetized directly by YouTube?

YouTube has a service in which you can monetize without connecting to a network. But it has a high payment threshold, no support, very little community, and a much more complicated setup process.

I know but when you are partner with YT, HeartBeat says: Monetized by X: channel name
But I find when HeartBeat says Monetized directly by YouTube. Is same monetization?

It just means they are using the monetization system I described above, rather than with a network.
