Solved Payments Not Coming Through

Hey Freedom Community
I was wondering when my payments will actually come through as my next payment due is on the 31st and the money from the previous months hasn't been payed yet and is also not in the summary for this months payment
any suggestions?

I have already looked into this and my payments are meant to come a month after they are earned but I haven't received a single cent yet
