Request Please Review My Channel Videos ^-^~

Hey guys I started my channel only 3 weeks ago its still a pretty new channel...
I started uploading videos and hopefully they're not bad.
I am aware that there are some problems with some videos because they lag and that is caused from bad render settings. I am still learning what render settings fit what type of video it is, so I am working on that part. But how about the video thumbnails are they ok? How is my voice,the music (on videos that there is music) ? I would love it if someone can give me a review on the things above and review more if there are more things you can review! If you can give me a full review of my channel aswell that would be great!

Logo is nice
channel art is simple and nice
well the thumbnail imo need to tweak a bit more
dont just put the same pic and add numbers of the episode
well in my opinion i do not really like that ._.
try to make the thumbnail more interestign that match the video and click baiting
and for the commentating its good audio is clean too
*im not a pro tho hahaha

I actually personally don't like the different thumbnail for each video I dunno never really liked it but I can give it a try :3
