You can get into trouble for that unless you have permission by the creator of the video to monetize it. But why not just upload your own videos?

Using the full version of someones video in a compilation or otherwise not adding to the content is a violation of the most basic copyright laws.
You can see TheFineBros, they get permission to use the video, and then only use bits and pieces of the video as to create some incentive to see the unedited original.
