Recording:
OBS(Free): This is great for people with 6 or more gigs of RAM on their computer. You can record in 1080P 60FPS(or 720P 30FPS,Whatever you record in) with ease! I would not recommend it for people with 4 gigs and under. Link: https://obsproject.com/

Bandicam(Paid):This screen recording software is great for low-end computers(4GB RAM or Under). You don't experience lag when recording(Unless you have like 2mbps internet). This software makes it easy to record games like Minecraft or Unturned. Link: http://www.bandicam.com/

Pixlr is by far one of the best free photo editors for beginners, used it in the very beginning and it worked wonders. :)
