Hi mate 
Your channel intro is oke, because I have the time to watch it.
A lot of people don't have the time to watch it. Hence I would say, make it a little bit faster paced.. and maybe with your voice so people know who they are watching.
Also your tags are related, but also a bit dodgy. Try to use complete sentences (not to long) instead of words inside that sentence. That way you will scatter your potential audience.
I have an indept tutorial which consists of only text. Give it a read, I am sure it'll be of use to you.
