Starting off in the video, the introduction was slower to start. Engaging your audience is important for the first 30 seconds. Have you considered using annotations for helping people learn more material quicker? The no-talking bits for gameplay seemed harder for me to watch, because I love commentary. But it depends on your target audience ^^

Be careful not to read a script! I have the issue of being a tryhard if I need to read something. Spontaneous moments can have their time in the spotlight, but always experiment with your content until you feel you're wanting to do this a ton more often ^^
