I like the figure on the right, however I don't think blue and green match very well. Maybe add a light green gradient to really bring out the letters.

With that said, I agree with @Chromenized that the blue and green don't match. The blue should be lighter so it'll pop out more. It's too hard to read. Ask whomever you hired to change the blue! Easy. :3
