Hi there,

I have left the Freedom! Community some time ago because of the atrocious Service I have received from the official Support. (just to mention that all moderators were actual helpful back then)

I have now created some time ago ticket #261810 for the same issue as before. However, as it wasn`t touched yet I am curious if someone can give an estimate on the expected Service Level.

As mentioned by LW001, our support team does try to respond to tickets within 72 hours, however this can be slowed due to the nature of the ticket, if they need more information from you, if its a difficult query or if there is a sudden influx of tickets / requests. I am more than happy to pester support on behalf of users, if the support query hasn't gotten any response after a week, as that gives a few more days leniency in case they needed time for whatever reason.
