I'll focus just on your intro video for today. Granted it's only your episode one of your pokemon let's play, it needs to engage people more, or show off your personality. All I really heard was a buzzing sound, and background noise for the first 30 seconds of your video. If we can't catch a viewer's attention early on, it's hard to keep them in for the long haul.
On your I review you video, it's a nice premise for a series. Including music would keep everything more freeflowing and energetic. If you're planning to not use a facecam on parts of the video, you have more freedom to really dissect their channel ^^ Write down some bullet points, and continue talking about their highlights. You did very well considering it was the first video to the series
