Hey their I just wondering if any one could make a custom thumbnail for when I hit 50subs. Im looking for amazing quality just something that looks professional . At 50subs I'm uploading a gameplay where I get a bo2 nuclear so the medal should be included in the thumbnail , I'm not sure on the background.
