This happened to me with Prison Architect because of some weird bugs. I got incredibly frustrated with these issues and stopped playing it for like 3 months. I just started playing again though. That's never happened with a horror game though.

I think what I found weird is that the Skeleton Key is way better to keep than the gear you get for returning it. I don't know why anyone would finish that quest, because then you have an unbreakable lockpick and you only ever have to have one on you for the rest of the game. It doesn't work if...

For me, it was Deponia and Goat Sim. Deponia because it looks so pretty and has a ton of potential, but the fun was sucked out of it because most of it isn't intuitive and I had to use a guide for most of it. I even unlocked all of the achievements just to give it every chance to get good, but...

I wouldn't say Minecraft is the best game to play, there are a ton of people who play it, but if you enjoy it then go for it! I think it's possible to set yourself apart with Minecraft, it just might be harder.

I'd say play Fallout 3 first. I feel like Fallout 3 would give you an appreciation for what's going on in Fallout 4.

I can't remember which one was first, but my first memories are of Mega Man X and Duck Hunt.

I would probably say Borderlands 2.

I think The Walking Dead is the only game that I've had to take an emotional break from. I think they do a great job with character development, so it makes losing them so much worse.

My favorite game genres are RPG, first person shooter, strategy, and indie.
