Unfortunately we can't really allow our partners to customize the ads shown on their videos, however in a lot of cases these ads are already blocked from content based on keywords or AdWords policy. Could you give me a specific example?

Well, when you get glasses you can usually ask for anti-glare lenses. That's what I did with mine. Less glare on the front and on the inside. If that isn't an option though,your best bet is angling the face cam differently :S can't see any other way.

I can say honestly that you shouldn't criticise people who use non skip ads, criticise companies that make bad ads. YouTube has a service in which you can monetize without connecting to a network. But it has a high payment threshold, no support, very little community, and a much more complicated setup process.

Go to http://freedom.support.tm and provide them with your Custom ID and request to be reinvited to the network :)

Yeah of course! Make sure you see "Freedom" on your page at http://youtube.com/features, then edit all your video monetization settings to include all of the ad types you are happy to have shown alongside your videos! The rest, we will handle for you. Let me know if that explains it all or if...

We have a HR team for this, I believe they can be contacted via the support portal, but you can choose them as the department you want to contact. At least that's how it was when I last looked. Is there anyway I can help at all?
